John Kerry's campaign calls 'shenanigans' on the American Spectator:
Digging for dirt?: Kerry camp denies scrounging for skeletons in Dean's Vt. closet Sen. John F. Kerry's presidential campaign yesterday flatly denied a published report it sent staffers to Vermont to dig up dirt on rival Howard Dean and his wife.
"The American Spectator story is a complete fabrication and we have asked for a retraction," said Kerry spokeswoman Kelley Benander.
