100,000 Open Wallets

Great idea by Evan in a comments thread at Hullabaloo:
Bush expects to raise $200 million. Well, Joe Trippi's right: 2 million people giving $100 each is unprecedented, but it's an entirely realistic goal. (Personally, I hereby pledge to contribute the legal limit of $2000 for the democratic candidate if 99,999 other people will make the same pledge. If moveon.org or someone like that sets up a website to gather such pledges, I'll sign.)
