Looks like the "threat" has subsided...

Daily Kos: Where are the terror alerts?
While Kerry rode high in the polls, we had terror alerts just about every week.

Now that Bush is riding his fading bounce, nothing. Nada. Zip.

What, are the terrorists taking their annual vacation?
Speaking of Bush's fading bounce, if the media were actually evenhanded ("fair" is too much to ask), one might hear the refrain across the land (as one did for Gov. Dean):

"Has Bush peaked too soon?"

But, of course, the corporate media doesn't say that about Republicans.
